Natalie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, who has experience in a variety of clinical areas. She is committed to improving the health and quality of life of individuals through the provision of practical and evidence-based advice.

Natalie holds a special interest in weight management, food intolerance and food allergies (fructose/FODMAPs and natural food chemicals), gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes & pre-diabetes, heart disease and nutrition for pregnancy.

Natalie assists children, individuals, couples and families of all ages in managing a range of health conditions. She also offers menu-planning sessions and develops personal eating programs for busy bodies and conducts individual and small group supermarket tours.

Natalie presents nutrition talks in the workplace, covering a range of topics on how to manage your health and diet in the busy corporate world. She has presented to employees within various industries including lawyers, engineers, product innovators, manufacturers and suppliers. She has also featured in the media including The Project (Channel 10) and has written articles for local newspapers and magazines.

Vanessa is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She graduated from The University of Sydney with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has developed extensive expertise in a variety of clinical areas through her employment as a Dietitian at St Vincent’s Public and Private Hospitals. Vanessa has a particular focus on providing evidence-based nutrition care to gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery patients. She has run numerous group education sessions to patients covering areas such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Vanessa is passionate about nutrition and offers up-to-date dietary advice to clients of all ages across a wide range of conditions. Her strong interest lies in gastrointestinal disorders, bariatric surgery, food allergy and intolerance, weight management and associated conditions as well as general healthy eating.
